Wild Bleu Cheese Yonder

Aspen and Emma invited the incredible Diego Alvarez into the PodKitchen. Diego talked Air Force, waiting tables, bartending and, of course, cheese. 

Diego is the founder of "Royal House of Cheese", Cookeville's first and only charcuterie provider for special occasions, events and gifts.
